Description
Three stages of distillation for this Arak produced with exceptional grapes and anise of the best quality. The brandy is then aged in old earthenware jars located in the cellars of the Domaine des Tourelles, founded in 1860 by a French engineer, François Eugène Brun. Arak is an eau-de-vie obtained from two successive distillations of grapes.
The result of these distillations is mixed with green Damask anise and then distilled again once or twice to concentrate the aniseed aromas.
