Cazcanes No. 7 Añejo is a richly layered tequila, crafted from a blend of barrels aged from one to over two years. This añejo captures the agave's vibrant character while incorporating rich barrel notes, resulting in an elegantly balanced and complex expression.
Our añejo is aged to taste, rather than time, allowing the final taste profile to guide the blending process. The tequila is aged in used American Oak barrels that are reworked and recharred to bring out the best flavors. The result is an añejo that perfectly balances the agave with the depth of the oak.
