Description
FarmStock Beyond Bonded Rye Whiskey is our boldest dream yet: a tribute to the hearty, heirloom crop at its core. Farmed in our own backyard, distilled and proofed with our own well water, and aged in our own sustainably-harvested Vermont oak, each individual barrel is an untapped expression of the WhistlePig Farm.
Beyond Bonded FarmStock Rye is a Straight Rye Whiskey crafted from grain-to-glass at the WhistlePig Farm and Distillery.
Our bonded whiskey is made with 100% Danko Rye. Each single barrel is aged at least 4 years and 29 days, and up to 4 years, 6 months and 17 days in Vermont Estate Oak barrels. Bottled by hand in March 2024 at 100 proof.
Nose: Sweet and aromatic, with vanilla, maraschino, roasted chestnuts and hints of cigar box.
Palate: Oak, toffee and baking spices followed by soft notes of crème brûlée and rose petals.
