Description
Albert Tiffon comes from a family of winemakers located in St Saviour Medoc for over a century and a half. Unfortunately he could not take over the family property (his parents were still running the business), so he decided in 1982 to create his own vineyard. This micro property represents 4 hectares. 2 hectares used to belong to vines growers now retired and another 2 hectares were solds by his uncle. La Fleur Haut Carras remains a family history which has been perpetuated by Albert Tiffon since 1982.

65% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc
Tasting Notes:
Albert Tiffon produces an exceptionally aromatic wine, a real basket of red fruits and fine oak. The palate structure is typical of a fine Pauillac, with good length and a nice tannic structure.
