Description
Our second wine, designated AOC Pauillac, has a beautiful garnet colour and a potent nose of ripe fruits and spices. It is well-structured in the mouth, with fine tannins and notes of chocolate and coffee. Like our first wine, it has a long, delightful finish.
Grape Varietals:
61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc.
Tasting Notes:
Garnet-purple color. Nice nose composed of roses, chocolate, blueberries and blackberries with notes of garrigue and smoke. On the palate, the wine is fresh with a mineral character.
