Arrowood Prowess Red Blend 2015 750mL

The Arrowood Prowess Red Blend is the truest expression of its vintage, with each year’s release containing different combinations of the five Bordeaux varietals sourced from Arrowood’s top vineyard sites. Each year winemaker, Kristina Shideler, strives to create the most complete and complex red wine possible outside the bounds of a single varietal. This means that the blending process can often go through over twenty iterations before the ultimate blend is selected for optimal structure, texture and finish.  

Tasting Notes:

This red wine exhibits layered aromas of red and dark fruit, with savory undertones of slate, nutmeg and white pepper. It’s structured with classic appeal and complexity that evolves on the palate.
