That sensation of the lasting flavour which lingers in the mouth long after the wine leaves the palate and then settles in memory is a particular virtue of El Nido wines. In the highlands of Jumilla, they demonstrate their strength from the vineyard. Their roots pierce the stony soils, penetrate the coarse, limestone layer and touch the sandy strip.

These tenacious vines, planted on slopes and receive little rain, have achieved the strength to deal with nature in the tense balance for survival. Their tireless desire to produce intense and impetuous grapes, is enhanced over time.
