Description
Terroir:
In the commune of Beaumont Monteux, south of AOC Crozes Hermitage. Clay-limestone plateau with rounded pebbles. My vines are cultivated without weedkillers, chemical fertilizers or insecticides. The soils are ploughed during the winter, the vines are stopped, started and hoed during the summer period. Grapevine diseases are apprehended by controlling the vigour of the vine and by prophylactic methods. Phytosanitary treatment is only considered out of necessity, always favouring inputs of natural origin.
Grape Variety:
100% Syrah Vines aged between 30 and 45 years.
