We have always called it Colle delle Pietre. It is a place where the vine did not find an easy path and must make its way through the limestone matrix that characterizes it; it is precisely in this silent attachment that its elegance is born. In this historical soil, the limestone allows the roots to seek nourishment deep down and intercept its most authentic essence.

This is where our finest Pecorino is born. Choosing this name means honoring that mineral and noble character that only such a proud territory can give us. The evolution of our winery now passes through the profound identification between terroir and grape variety.
