Wine made from grapes of the typical native variety carefully selected from the best grapes of the vineyards cultivated on the property, located in one of the most historic areas of the appellation. Straw yellow in color, with greenish reflections, the nose has elegant, pleasantly fruity and intense aromas with delicate nuances of citrus fruits. It is a fresh and savory wine, of considerable thickness with a pleasant persistence in the aftertaste.
Pairings:
Ideal for aperitifs and first courses, both fish and vegetable. Excellent with fish in foil, it goes very well with white meats and veal.
