Chili Discount Liquor Delivery Policy
When placing an order for delivery, customers inherently agree to these guidelines:
Delivery is available Monday-Saturday 11am-5pm (no deliveries on Sunday). The price minimum for a delivery is $100 (pre-tax), with a $9.95 delivery fee. Upon delivery, the customer must provide a valid form of physical ID showing their name and age. They must also provide the matching credit card associated with the order. If a valid ID and card cannot be presented to the driver, the driver has the right to refuse delivery. The driver is only responsible for delivering the order as it is shown on the invoice and cannot accept add-ons after the order is placed and accepted. Drivers have the right to refuse delivery to a consumer who is already showing signs of intoxication. Delivery cannot be fulfilled if the consumer is not at home/delivery location. As a liquor store, we are unable to deliver to these locations:
- Public/ private schools (K-12)
- College campuses (including fraternity/sorority houses)
- Prison, reformatories, VA centers, senior living centers, or state capitol grounds ● Locker storages or P.O. boxes
- Businesses that sell alcohol (grocery or liquor stores)
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
