Lavov is a well-known bitter with a specific aroma and bitter taste. Lavov is a traditional liqueur characterized by a harmonious combination of medicinal herbs, among which stand out gentian (lat. Gentiane radix), sage (lat. Salvia herba) and centauri herba (lat. Centauri herba), which gives this herbal liqueur a delicate aromatic component. The production process of Lavov begins with maceration, which lasts for 30 days, which is necessary to obtain a bitter, but rounded taste and distinctive aroma. Lavov is perfectly pleasant as a digestif, it must be well chilled. Preserved naturalness is reflected in the taste and color. The quality of the Lions is best expressed by the prestigious gold medal won at one of the world’s most famous competitions, Monde Selection, in 1985 in Lisbon.
