Capri Natura Mandarino 750mL

The best mandarins from our citrus groves are peeled by hand to keep the aromas and scents contained in their peels intact. The peels are then placed in an infusion of pure alcohol for a few days. The infusion is then filtered and completed with the addition of water and sugar to obtain a 32° hydroalcoholic solution. The liqueur, of an intense orange color, is characterized by a strong and penetrating aroma and a full, mellow taste, with an intense flavor.

Tips and pairings: perfect to add to a negroni or as a dilution for sauces on meat or fish.
