By delicately employing the drop by drop distillation method, we combine 100% fresh grapes and carefully selected aniseeds with the unique spirit of copper pot stills, without adding sugar. Suma distillation followed by 4 more copper pot still distillations with an extended time from 48 hours to 72 hours has brought the purity & smoothness of rakı to its peak.
