Our award-winning Founder’s Release Gin is rested in ex-Tasmanian French Oak Pinot Noir barrels, providing an intense colour and rich flavour.

Tasting Notes

Nose:

Pronounced cassia with complex sweet spices.

Palate:

Christmas cake, plum and subtle coffee.

Finish:

Long and round with baked citrus and a soft sweetness.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with Dry Ginger Ale, or neat over ice. Our Barrel Rested Gin also works brilliantly in a Negroni, or Martinez.
