Made by none other than tequila legend Enrique Fonseca, this is designed to be simply the greatest tequila for the value in the world. After tasting Cimarrón, it is hard to argue with that. The high elevation, complete control over cultivation, proprietary yeasts, and methods of crushing the agave, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character.
