O'begley Whiskey 750Ml

Since 1889 the land at Kilfountan Farm in County Kerry, Ireland, has been worked by our family. Old Kilfountan is a Premium New York State Pot Still Whiskey distilled in the Irish Tradition. It is made from a fermented mash of locally grown barley, malted barley and oat.  Aged in re-used bourbon casks, it has distinctive spice notes and a delicate texture.

Sediment is natural. Our Whiskey is non-chill filtered. At cooler temperatures, congeners from barrel aging are driven out of solution and crystallize in the spirit. Shake and enjoy!
