Amarone Cinque Stelle is the result of a meticulous selection and harvesting of grapes, which are placed in crates and left to dry in our drying rooms, allowing the concentration of the sugars, flavors, and aromas inherent to the grapes.

Bouquet:

Black cherry, blackberry jam, spicy, tobacco and black pepper.

Flavor:

Velvety and elegant, with soft tannin and total recall of fruit notes.

Food Pairings:

Roasts, game, grilled meat, and aged cheeses are the ideal accompaniment. Excellent if sipped in pleasant company at the end of a meal. Excellent when sipped in pleasant company at the end of a meal.

A blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties, rich and dense with the flavours of dates, cherry compote, smoke, baked spice and a hint of chocolate. Made in the appassimento style of winemaking, whereby the grapes are dried for several weeks to concentrate the sugars and flavours. Aged in barrique and large botte for two years. Tannins are structured."
