Description
The 2003 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark crimson hue with a touch of bricking around the rim. Its aromas lean towards the spicy side to complement its signature fruit, with some peppermint, five-spice, black olive and cocoa alongside traditional blackberry aromas. It has a medium weight, a finely structured entry and finishes with fine and balanced tannins. This is an elegant wine, not a blockbuster. Decanting suggested due to moderate sediment. Enjoy now through 2027.
