The Tempranillo grapes are perfectly suited for organic wine production in Manzanares. The combination of chalk and clay soils, warm sunny days, and cool nights provide the ideal growing conditions for our grapes to thrive without the need for pesticides or herbicides. Our wine is made without the use of oak to allow the true essence of the grapes to shine through, resulting in a full-bodied wine with dark fruit, earthy notes, and a hint of spice.
