VINEYARD: Vizinada position, planted in 2006, altitude of 140-180 metres above the sea level, inclined hilly terrain of N-NE exposure. White soil on flysch, fresh and deep. Good insolation and terrain drainage favourably affect the ripening and colouration of berries, and colder nights and elevated location retain recognizable fruit aromas and freshness.

VARIETY: Teran

VINIFICATION: Fermentation with shorter maceration in stainless steel vinifiers at controlled temperature, complete malolactic fermenta- tion on fine yeast precipitate, bottled after 8 months of ripening in stainless steel, aged in a bottle for a month after bottling.

RIPENING POTENTIAL: Enjoy immediately or keep for up to 5 years

WINE DESCRIPTION: Deep dark ruby colour with purple shades, wild berry aromas, lively and fresh on the palate, strong fruity taste of pleasant durability.

RECOMMENDATION: Enjoy at 18-20°C with cold meat cuts, red meat and venison dishes, more mature cheeses.
