Description
This cuvée comes from 2 plots, one is located under the Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Perrières with a clay-limestone soil on a gravel subsoil, the second plot is located under the Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Clavoillons on a more clayey soil than the previous one. The blending of the harvest allows us to obtain a wine with the minerality very characteristic of the Puligny-Montrachet appellation.
