High quality fruit from old, un-irrigated, low yielding bushvines frown on a variety of granite souls. Most of our Chenin vines were planted in the late 1960's to mid-1970 and tend to yield around 4 tons/hectare.
Grapes are hand picked - chilled overnight- whole bunch pressed.
