Winemaker Notes:

Pinot Grigio from California tends to be more fruit-forward than its Italian counterpart. To enhance our Pinot Grigio’s fresh fruit flavors and delicate aromas, our winemakers do not use malolactic fermentation. The Pinot Grigio is cold-fermented at 55°F and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks to maintain the wine’s crisp acidity.

Delicate floral notes mingle with ripe pear, peach and melon on the nose, leading to bright citrus, white peach and tropical fruit flavors.
