Method was founded in 2016 by Master Sommelier Ian Cauble and winemaker Trevor Sheehan. Longtime friends, they bonded over their mutual admiration for the classic wines of the world. Inspired by their favorite Bordeaux, Ian and Trevor created Method to represent the best of California Cabernet Sauvignon at exceptional value. Method is a combination of quality vineyards and superlative lots of purchased fruit sourced from across California. The result is a bold Cabernet Sauvignon with rich fruit and a balanced oak profile which overperforms its price-point year after year.

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Malbec, 6% Petit Verdot

Tasting Notes:
