Milam & Greene Very Small Batch Bourbon 750mL

To create this luxurious spirit, Heather Greene and her team batch their own Kentucky Straight Bourbon that has aged in both Kentucky and Texas with rich Tennessee Straight Bourbon. The team then finishes the whiskey with sundried, house-charred French oak to create this decadent whiskey.

Mashbill: Kentucky Bourbon: 70% corn, 22% malted rye, 8% malted barley + Tennessee Bourbon: 80% corn, 10% rye, 10% malted barley

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Tawny
• Nose: Mixed dark berry cobbler, charred marshmallow, French toast and tons of baking spice
• Palate: Ripe dark fruits, caramel, black tea and biscuit
• Finish: Long and lingering with notes of black pepper and cardamom
