Old Elk's Single Barrel Wheated Bourbon is crafted with four decades of experience, passion and zero compromises. Our Master Distiller, Greg Metze, called upon a lifetime of experience crafting the finest whiskies in the world, and applied that expertise to the Wheated Bourbon now held in this bottle. The result: a high wheat product crafted with soft red winter wheat delivering a bright and refreshing, yet smooth and layered Wheated Bourbon. This single barrel is age 5 years and released at 117 proof and was picked by our staff. We all believe it is better than another aallocated 107 wheated bourbon form Kentucky.
