Made from Oloroso (85%) and Pedro Ximénez (15%). Each aged separately for 8 years in Jerez de la Frontera.
Mahogany-colored with concentrated aromas of figs and raisins on a background of smoked wood. Smooth and sweet, with a long aftertaste reminiscent of nougat. The finish is balanced with very clean acidity. A tribute to Foreman Andrés, who worked at Bodegas Lustau in the 1940s and 1950s.
