In 1969 Giovanni Colombini created this unusual red wine, after researching about ancient Tuscan ways of grape fermentation. Very long macerations revamped a particular red, made to be very refined even when very young, also able to age for long. It is a versatile wine, never excessive; a different approach to the Tuscan taste.
Grape Sangiovese 90-90%, various red varietal for the remaining percentage.
