The production area for this wine is the whole of Burgundy. The Louis Jadot Bourgogne Pinot Noir comes from a balanced blend of C么te d'Or, Sa么ne et Loire (Mercurey, Buxy) and Irancy. Grapes originating from C么te de Nuits, Sa么ne et Loire and Irancy will bring deep tannins while grapes coming from C么te de Beaune will bring more fruitiness. Different wines are sourced, vinified and aged in stainless steel vats in order to keep their fruitiness and freshness. Then they are put together before bottling.
