A clean, clear appearance. Ruby red, deep, intense and sustained, purple reflections. It has the characteristic hints of small red and black fruits, typical of a young wine based on Cesanese di Affile. We also perceive vegetal and menthol notes that complete the aromatic picture in an elegant and complex way. The taste is dry, extremely soft and enveloping. The tannins are abundantly tamed by virtue of the enormous work that is done in the vineyard during green pruning. It is a powerful wine but extremely easy to drink, even if it is for less experienced palates it is, in fact, ready and pleasant.
