Organoleptic Profile:

Shiny straw yellow with golden hues. Notes of iodine, balsamic hints and a balanced aromatic profile with a touch of exotic fruits. Rich and creamy on the palate. Pleasant acidity which sustains a floral bouquet and recollects the balsamic notes felt on the nose.

Vinification:

Soft pressing of the grapes, natural clarification of the must by cold static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.

Pairings:

Ideal with mushrooms, with aged cheese but also pasta courses with pumpkin and fish.
