Attractive straw-pale colour. On the nose, notes of apples, pears and white flowers come through with a depth of refreshing citrus fruit. In the mouth, mineral notes with a hint of grapefruit mingle with the softness of the apples and pears resulting in fleshy, delicious flavours. Dry, young and fresh with a nice texture that lingers on the palate to leave a long-lasting and vibrant aftertaste.  Serve at 6-7ºC (43°-46°F) . 

This wine does not require any aging in bottle and should, in fact, be consumed the younger the better so as to enjoy its freshness and vivacity that are at their best during the first two years.
