Barolo "Castiglione" is our expression of classic Barolo. Grapes from small, very important vineyards scattered in the different municipalities of the Barolo area, with vines between 10 and 45 years old, cultivated with the Guyot system. Average density approx. 4,500 plants per hectare. The soil is calcareous-clayey.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red colour of medium intensity. The nose is explosive, opulent, persuasive and immediate. Hints of plum, red cherry and ripe black cherry, black cherry, rose petal, tobacco are perceived. On the palate it is classic, rich, powerful, with notes of alpine herbs and a finish of leather. The tannin is already well integrated.
