Our travels resulted in the unique Straight Bourbon Whiskey held in this bottle. The robust foundation that is our flagship high-malt mash bill anchors the heady complexities from the unique yeast.
Our custom barrel is aged longer than the original release at 7 years. It is bottled at barrel proof 120.2 proof which the master distillers believe where this whiskey should be at release. The nose on this sour mash is consists of dark fruits and cocao and the finish lingers with a hint of candied fruit and baking spices.
