Organoleptic Characteristics
Appearance:
Medium-intensity garnet red color, bright and transparent, with well-defined ruby highlights.
Nose: The bouquet opens with notes of fresh fruit and small berries, accompanied by hints of dried rose and violet, sweet spices, mountain hay, and forest floor.
Palate: Tannins and acidity are well integrated, offering a very pleasant balance.
The sip is full and enveloping, with excellent structure and long aromatic persistence.
Serving Temperature: 16–18° C.
Recommended Pairings: Excellent with roasts, game and traditional Piedmontese meat-based dishes.
