Zugibe Cabernet Franc 750Ml

Ripe raspberry flavor with a full velvety tannin mouthfeel. Gorgeous notes of cocoa, anise, and black pepper. Delicious now, with the ability to age for several years as it softens in the bottle. Cab Franc is one of, if not our most important red grape variety grown here. This variety is used in two of our favorite blends (4 Freds Red and Phoenician Red), as well as our rosé wines. Medium-bodied with a soft and smooth finish. Showcasing fruit-forward aromas and flavors of raspberry, with notes of black pepper and anise. Pairs incredibly well with tomato-based sauces, like marinara and bolognese, bbq meats and grilled veggies.
