Eastern Washington’s warm days and cool nights provide the perfect conditions for producing rich, complex Cabernet Sauvignon. 2021 was an excellent year for Cabernet Sauvignon. An early spring and a warm summer meant there was plenty of ripening time to produce wines with expressive flavor, aromas, and true varietal characteristics. The resultant wine is a rich, balanced Cabernet with luscious fruit qualities. It offers up a bouquet of black cherry, blueberry, currants, dried tobacco, and toasty oak.
