Excellent vintage characterized by a good climatic trend. The cold winter with short snowfall was followed by a rainy spring. The summer was characterized by hot and dry weather for almost its entire duration: this resulted in excellent ripening of the grapes. The months of September and October, with warm temperatures during the day and cool at night, favored the harvest.
Regular fermentation with submerged cap maceration; racking: starting from the end of September; aging: one year in cement tanks and three years in large Slavonian oak barrels; Bottling: April 2003
