Sourced from their .66 hectare parcel of Rocche in Castiglione Falletto. This is one of the parcels that has been in their family for the longest time - over 50 years. Their parcel contains a small part of the Rocche vineyard that crosses over into the Monforte d'Alba commune.
Hand-harvested from 65 year old vines in the first part of October.
Aged for thirty months in 20HL casks. Bottled at the end of summer and then spends one year in the bottle before release.
