Tenuta Di Fessina Etna Rosato D.o.c. 750Ml

It comes from mainly Nerello Cappuccio grapes and a lower percentage of Nerello Mascalese from our Rovittello vineyards. The grapes are vinified separately with cold maceration to capture color and aromas. They are then brought together for alcoholic fermentation and subsequent aging in stainless steel tanks. The fruit and fragrance enhance the freshness and flavor of the grapes of the volcano.

TASTE: complex, fresh and with an intense and well-balanced acidic backbone. A structured and ample rosé, savory and mineral, with a long and persistent finish

AROMAS: dried flowers, black cherries, pomegranate, acacia honey
