Straw yellow color with greenish brushstrokes,

Nose:

intense aroma with sweet tones of exotic fruit, nuances of magnolia, elderberry and almond husk.

Palate:

Dry, initially it opens with a pleasant sensation of well-balanced freshness, to later become soft with a long and clean finish. In the mouth it remains soft, but lively thanks to the balanced acidity.

Pairings:

Classic fish wine, ideal for dishes such as grilled shrimp and sea bass; but also fish soups, baked fish for prey with Mediterranean aromas. Excellent as an aperitif.
