A sublime wine from 7hA of vines first planted in 1968. 100% Sangiovese organically farmed and handpicked. 50% of the wine is fermented in clay amphorae and post fermentation is in a variety of oak barrels before blending and ageing in bottle.

100% Sangiovese.
Aging:
in 20hl barrels for about 30 months. The wood selected results from years of practice and experience. Further aging in bottles for about 12 months.
