Il Pareto, Cabernet Sauvignon, was born in the 1980s as a Supertuscan project and, already starting from the first vintage, it represents strength, power and sensory purity.
Cabernet Sauvignon, a renowned international grape variety, has perfectly adapted over time to the Tuscan terroirs, the latter giving this vine unique sensory notes. This wine is part of a new vision of oenology, where we move from the study of native vines to the study of the suitability of the territory.

Tasting Notes:

deep purple-red, characterised by intense and pleasing aromas reminiscent of red fruits, pomegranate, marasca cherry and prune. Notes of incense, bay leaf and black pepper. Full-bodied and tasty on the palate. Aromatic aftertaste. A young wine of great complexity.
