Fattoria La Ripa Chianti Classico DOCG 750mL

The Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. Fattoria la Ripa is produced from grapes selected from the company's vineyards located at about 400m above sea level and called La Leccia, La Fonte, La Mandria, La Stalla and La Volpaia on not very fertile soils, with an apparent skeleton, clayey, sandy, calcareous, stony for Galestro and Alberese with a pH of about 8 and carbonates over 40%.

Grape Varieties: 

90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo

Organoleptic Characteristics: 

color deep ruby red, bouquet bursting with black cherry, violet, tobacco and earth aromas. The flavor is intense, supple, warm, persistent, well balanced fruit by lively acidity, cherries, firm tannins, elegant and well structured.
