The Monvigliero hill at 280 m.a.s.l. is completely exposed to the south. Thanks to its position and the soil composed of fine white marl, this sub-area together with the Cannubi vineyard of Barolo competes for the qualitative primacy over the entire Barolo territory. From the 0.30 hectares of property, replanted in 1969, and after a very long aging in oak we obtain a Barolo Riserva that stands out for the delicate finesse of the aromas and for an elegance to be appreciated over time. If the grapes do not have the qualitative characteristics required of this vineyard, the term Riserva is waived.
